Shipping Outside the U.S.
We ship internationally, but knowing and understanding your locality’s laws, regulations and fees for importing goods is your responsibility. Superior Violins attempts to ship your items in a timely and cost effective manner. However, we are not responsible for any delays or additional fees due to local duties, tariffs or customs regulations.
We ship our items UPS or USPS, and you have options to choose from at checkout.
You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order's shipment.
Damage and Loss
Please inspect all packages at time of delivery. Call us within 48 hours of delivery and report any damage or losses to your shipment so we can begin the claim process. Always save all carton and packing materials until the claim is settled.
Global Express shipping is the only way to guarantee Christmas delivery for international countries. This does NOT guarantee delivery to your door, only to the country. Customs may cause delays that cannot be controlled.
